Hormone Replacement Therapy

Do you have brain fog, low energy, or low libido?  Do you feel like you never sleep well or never feel rested when you wake up?  You may have a hormonal imbalance and will benefit from hormone replacement therapy.

You won't know if you need hormone replacement therapy until you have your hormone levels checked.  Set up an initial assessment at our office in Pooler to take a deep dive into your health history and get a thorough review of your lab results.  This will determine if HRT treatment is right for you.

If hormone replacement therapy is found to be appropriate for you, there is a monthly fee that will be paid.  If you do not have insurance, we have affordable labs through Access Labs that can be drawn in our office in Pooler, GA.  

Any lab review or health assessment related to the HRT treatment program is covered.  You will have labs checked and an assessment completed every 3 months (or more frequently if needed).  Of course, you will get access to a provider if you have any questions or concerns that need to be addressed.  Telehealth is available for added convenience if you are unable to come to Pooler!

Certain medications are covered.  If a medication is not covered, you will get the medication at a discounted price since you are a HRT patient. 

The initial visit will include a detailed health history and assessment to see if hormone replacement therapy is right for you.  Prior to your initial visit, you will need to have our lab panel completed to be reviewed during your visit.  That can be completed by LabCorp and you can have them bill your insurance.  If you do not have insurance, we can have them drawn in our office at a reasonable cost (prior to scheduled visit).  The cost of the lab panel is not included in the initial visit cost.  

If hormone replacement therapy is found to be appropriate for you and you want to begin HRT treatment, you will be billed monthly for the services.
